Pedagogue and psychologist work on separate boards, as professional confidentiality requires. The referral is the only point of contact between them — and it goes one way only.
Referral — when a class signal calls for individual attention, the pedagogue refers the case and it enters the psychologist’s board as Screening. The pedagogue sees that a referral was made and its status; never the content of the sessions.
Workflow board
Each professional has their own board, visible only to them and to those entitled. The card moves through clear stages: what phase it is in and what is still pending.
Report and debrief
